The stats: 1 cup of cauliflower rice has 25 cals, 5 grams of carbs and a host of vitamins and minerals whereas 1 cup of cooked brown rice has about 216 cals and 46 grams of carbs. Such a good swap especially if you’re looking to cut back on carbs, eat grain-free or balance your blood sugar. 💯
