The reality –> I woke up super tired this morning 😴 (and it totally felt like a Sunday), but I got out of bed, drank some coffee and made it to my morning workout. πŸ‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ Right after the workout I went to a birthday breakfast for my father-in-law at an awesome Jewish restaurant & deli where everyone was ordering decadent and delicious looking meals. Instead of feeling pressured to do the same I choose to get two poached eggs along with a plain yogurt and fruit bowl. And not because I felt like I had to “be good” — it was exactly what my body was craving after my workout and I knew I wanted to feel good after eating rather than feeling stuffed and lethargic the rest of the day.
