You may or may not know this, but for the past three years I’ve hosted an EBF Healthy Holiday Challenge focused on healthy habits and accountability. πŸ’ƒπŸ»πŸŽ„βοΈ It’s a crazy fun challenge with a leaderboard, weekly prizes and a supportive community. I LOVE hosting it, but this year I’m super focused on another EBF project that will be launching in January (yay!) πŸ€— and unfortunately I just don’t have the bandwidth to host the Holiday Challenge.
.
I’m bummed because I know this challenge has helped many of you stay focused on your health goals throughout the holidays in the past. I couldn’t stand the thought of not providing you with something this year so my team and I created a list of the top 5 healthy habits you need to focus on throughout the holidays AND a healthy holiday checklist calendar that you can print out. πŸ—“βœ…
.
Here are the 5 (very doable!) daily habits you’ll be tracking:
1. Exercising for at least 30 minutes. πŸ’ͺ🏼
2. Drinking at least 64 oz of water. πŸ’¦
3. Getting at least 7 hours of sleep. πŸ›Œ
4. Having a good source of protein with every meal. πŸ—πŸ€πŸ₯¦
5. Closing down the kitchen after dinner. 🍽
.
That’s it! I know these habits seem really simple, but trust me, when you start to focus on making sure you’re doing these habits daily THINGS WILL SHIFT. It’s amazing! βœ¨πŸ™Œ Track these habits throughout the month of December and come January 1, 2019 you will feel SO good. No holiday weight gain or bloating AND these heathy habits will already be part of your daily routine, setting you up for a healthy 2019!!
.
Sound good? Click the link in my bio to grab the checklist or DM me. If you’re an EBF subscriber, check your inbox because you’re special and I sent out the checklist to all EBF subscribers earlier this week. Here’s to a healthy and happy holiday season! πŸ’—
