You know those chocolate PB no bake cookies, the ones that some people call cow-pies!? 🤣 Well they’re basically fav cookie ever (and I have an awesome recipe for healthy no bakes, btw), but the whole point is that this oatmeal tastes like those cookies and I’m obsessed. 🍫🥜💃🏻💯

I’m calling it 3 minute chocolate peanut butter protein oatmeal because for the first time ever in EBF history I’m giving instructions for how to cook oatmeal in the microwave… perfect for those mornings when you need a protein packed breakfast, but have legit no time to whip up stovetop oats, let alone wash your dish and a pot. (And oatmeal pots that sit in the sink all day might be one of the worst things to clean… so crusty.) 🧼🙅🏻‍♀️
