In terms of first trimester eats, I had no desire for foods I normally love (salads, protein, etc) ๐
๐ปโโ๏ธ and was craving ALL THE CARBS! ๐๐ฅฏ๐ฅ๐ช To keep things a bit healthier I tried to make homemade carby treats when I could… like these strawberry protein muffins!! ๐

They’re made with oat flour and protein powder so they have an extra protein boost, plus theyโre gluten-free! The little pockets of fresh strawberries and chocolate chips are my fave part! .

Totally! Carbs are for realz in the first trimester. Waffles and pancakes were my jam. If only I had these ๐!
Could not eat meat for like 16 weeks – it was the grossest ever. Pregnancy aversions are even stranger than cravings I think!
