You asked for it so here it is… a detailed recap of what I ate yesterday! π³π₯π€I’m actually doing a little June challenge with my fitness studio (not a diet, just mindful eating and prioritizing protein + real food) and we’re all taking photos of everything we eat and sharing them in a private FB group. πΈ Since I’m already taking the photos I figured it could be fun to share posts like these with a full day of eats here on IG every so often… especially if they’re helpful. (Let me know I’m the comments. π) PS: Please remember everyone is different and just because this is what I’m eating doesn’t mean it should be what you’re eating. I’m sharing this to give inspiration and fun meal ideas, not to be judged or have anyone feel bad about their eating style! π

bfast: egg whites, 1 egg with hot sauce, avocado toast + @foursigmatic mushroom coffee
lunch: salad with tuna, roasted sweet potato croutons, onion, tomatoes, bell pepper, a blob of hummus + Lime @lacroixwater
dinner: @terraskitchen cauliflower fried rice with shrimp and sriracha (so good!!)
afternoon snack: cherry protein ice cream (1/2 cup frozen cherries, 1 scoop @simpletruth4u whey protein powder, a couple Tablespoons of Greek yogurt, splash of almond milk) + cacao nibs
pre/post dinner snack: peanut butter berry chocolate chip protein bites. I ate one before dinner and one after. πRecipe for these is on the blog. I’ll put the link in my profile.

Thanks for posting! I am always curious about what people eat in a day and I also love so many of your recipes on your blog…especially your healthier versions of baked goods and snack bars etc as well as your ideas for salads etc. so it’s cool to see what a day of health coach eats looks like!
