Whipped up my no bake pumpkin bars for Friendsgiving tonight. Obviously had to test-taste one before sharing and dang, I kinda forgot how good they are. Plus, they’re SO easy to make. The crust is just granola, dates and coconut oil and the pumpkin layer is pumpkin, cashew butter, coconut oil, dates and spices. That’s it! 🎃💯💃🏻
