Whenever I’m building a meal and not sure how to add protein, eggs are my go-to! 🍳I always have them in the fridge and they work for bfast, lunch or dinner and you can cook them so many different ways. 💁🏻 This combo of one over easy egg with scrambled egg whites (hiding under the full egg), purple sweet potatoes, @clekraut curry sauerkraut, avocado and @rego harissa is legit. 🍳🥑🍠🌶Spicy and satisfying. Might just have to make it again for dinner. 🍽 What’s your go-to for protein?
