What’s one thing in your life that felt insanely hard, almost impossible when you first started but now seems to take less effort and at times feels easy? Whatever it is, just remember that the task itself is still the same, it’s you that has changed and grown stronger. πŸ’—

The first thing that comes to mind for me is BURPEES. I used to loathe them and thought they were so incredibly hard (and they are) but after practicing/doing them at ton over the past few months I can knock out 10 no problem. πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ’―πŸ”₯Leave yours in the comment section!

  • Running. I hated running. After seeing a post on how to start running and thought I could do that. I’m now running 3 to 4 days a week an average of 6 3/4 to 7 1/4 miles. Depending on the day and how my 4 legged partner feels for the day (she is 11 yr old cocker)

  • Proper v-ups (and an almost pull-up; still need to practice those). After weeks if training with a PT one day I realized I had actually made progress and had gained more core strength and I could do things I couldn’t do before with ease. Great feeling πŸ’ͺ
