Warming up on this dreary Monday with a bowl of teff porridge. This tiny grain has a nutty flavor and a consistency that is similar to polenta or cream of wheat. I added banana slices, almonds and a drizzle of maple syrup to this bowl and it was 💯💯💯 PS – Teff is an ancient gluten-free grain, loaded with protein, fiber, iron, calcium and offers a variety of health benefits.
