Wanna know my secret weapon for sticking with healthy eating habits? It’s meal prepping!   • I saw this recipe this morning and by the end of the day I have 3 healthy lunches packed and ready to go in my fridge!!! And the best part was that all of the ingredients were food from my fridge I needed to find a place for. I am so excited for lunch tomorrow!
