In the bowl: TJ’s plantain chips with guac (I bought the single serving packs for the first time! I’m honestly shocked by how good the guac is + I like the built in portion control), TJ’s organic Mediterranean style salad kit (I rarely buy salad kits and this was an impulse buy yesterday but it’s actually really good. I’m impressed!) and last but not least I used my crockpot shredded chicken to make a quick curried chicken salad with @primalkitchenfoods avocado mayo, curry powder, raisins and carrots. Kind of an interesting combo of foods but it was actually so good and satisfying. 🙌
