Toastin’ it up #onatuesday with my new fav avocado toast combo — hummus, red onion and @manitobaharvest’s sriracha toasted hemp seeds. #ad For those of us who are all about the crunch factor, these toasted hemp seeds are legit. Great for toast, salads and snacking straight from the bag. Soooo crunchy! .
MAKE THE TOAST:
– 2 slices of toasted whole grain, sprouted or gluten-free bread
– 2 Tablespoons garlic hummus
– 1/2 avocado
– 2 slices of red onion
– 2 Tablespoons Sriracha Toasted Hemp Seeds
– cayenne pepper (optional)
– cilantro, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS
Grab 2 slices of toast. Spread 1 Tablespoon of hummus on each slice. Top with sliced avocado, red onion and sprinkle 1 Tablespoon of toasted hemp seeds on each slice. Sprinkle on a little cayenne pepper (if using). Garnish with cilantro and enjoy!
