Each serving is packed with 16 grams of protein (yes please!) and the combo of red onion, roasted sweet potato, kale and goat cheese is ๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ฏ. .
Itโs delicious served warm, but you can save the leftovers and eat it cold or reheated for any meal throughout the week: breakfast, lunch or dinner! ๐ .
