This is one of my favorite restorative yoga poses and is especially awesome for all of us that sit most of the day. 👩🏻‍💻Our hips need some serious TLC after all that sitting. 💗 My latest post on #eatingbirdfood is all about yoga stretches to do before bed with seven relaxing poses (including pigeon) to help you let go of tension, reduce stress and fall asleep faster! 😴Bonus: most of the stretches can be done in bed. 🙌🏻
