This! πŸ™ŒπŸ» I talked on my story yesterday about feeling a little off track and the basic healthy habits approach I use to feel more balanced when times like this pop up. This week my goal is to focus on three small daily habits — drinking plenty of water (at least 64 oz), getting 30 mins of movement each day and eating my one big salad a day (#saladeveryday). Many of you have already responded to my story saying you’re in for joining me this week, which is amazing! I LOVE this community so much. πŸ’— .
Here’s to making the rest of this week (and month, and year) amazing! I’m headed to my workout right now. Let’s keep each other accountable! .
