I know it sounds a little cray but trust me… whipping egg whites into your oats while they cook makes your bowl of oats extra creamy, voluminous and the result is a balanced blend of carbs, protein and healthy fat (once you add some fatty toppings)!   • I tried this for breakfast today and it came out super fluffy!! I added strawberries, peanut butter and cacao nibs (no banana) and it was delicious! I am not a fan of protein powder in my oats so Iโ€™ve usually just had my oats knowing it would be a lighter protein breakfast, but now that I know I like the egg white option, huge win!
