These crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside double ginger gingersnaps are a holiday favorite over here. 🎄🍪💃🏻💗 I used my quinoa gingersnap recipe but made them with all-purpose flour (ran out of quinoa flour) and added @sunspirechocolate chips… because everything is better with chocolate, right? PS: Don’t skip the crystallized ginger. It makes these cookies extra.
