These chia breakfast cookies have been saving me lately because 2nd trimester pregnancy hunger is REAL my friends. 🙈
.
These babies are healthy enough to have for breakfast (no sugar added) but sweet enough to satisfy my never-ending cravings for sweets. .
Also… less than 9 ingredients and so easy to whip up! .
• 1 1/2 Tablespoons chia seeds
• 1/4 cup almond milk
• 2 ripe bananas, mashed
• 3/4 cup old fashioned oats
• 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
• 1/4 cup chopped dates
• 1/4 cup dark chocolate chunks or carob chips
• 1 Tablespoon creamy almond butter
• large pinch of cinnamon
