The obsession with my peach baked oatmeal continues… and now the recipe is live on the blog! 🍑🙌 If you meal prep this for the week I have some tips for reheating. I like to put a portion into a bowl, use my spoon to break it apart a little and heat for 30-60 seconds or until warm. Once it’s warm I top with a drizzle of almond milk, chopped fresh peaches if I have them and a heafty drizzle of almond butter. Almonds and peaches are a match made in heaven. 💯
