Taking #mealprepsunday to another level with @swellbottle this week. 🍽🙌 #ad I’m using their new S’well Eats containers for my prep and here’s what I’m making:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1️⃣ Bfast: Apple pie overnight oats – so yummy and perfect for those of us who are craving fall flavors, but live in an area where it still feels like summer out. 🍎🥧
2️⃣ Lunch: Curried chickpea salad – one of my favorite #plantbased salads. If you like curry, you will fall in love with this one… the combo of chickpeas, dates and crunchy veggies is perfection. 🥗💯
3️⃣ Snack: Chocolate peanut butter protein balls – these little guys are my go-to for easy, healthy snacking. I always have them in my fridge. They’re no bake, so easy to whip up and taste like a chocolate pb no bake cookie. 🥜🍫
