Meal planning + prepping is a weekly (sometimes bi-weekly) habit that is part of my normal routine. It wasn’t always like this, but over the past few years I’ve created a meal planning habit/system that makes cooking at home (and eating healthier) easy WIHTOUT having to spend hours in the kitchen each night… because no one has time for that anymore, amiright? 🙅🏻‍♀️

And guess what, meal prep doesn’t have to be a full week’s worth of meals cooked and carefully placed in containers. That method is great and is totally #pinterestworthy, but it isn’t the only way. ✨
