Surprise, this looks and tastes like pizza but it’s loaded with protein and healthy enough to have for b-fast! 🍕💃🏻💯

It’s egg white pizza!! I got the idea from @ilanamuhlsteinrd but I’ll share how I made this one.

Spray a nonstick skillet over medium heat with coconut or avocado oil. Add whatever veggies you want to top your pizza with and quickly sauté them. (I used the asparagus, mushrooms and red onion blend from @traderjoes.) Once veggies are cooked, remove them from the pan and cover to keep warm.

Switch heat to medium/low so your egg whites don’t scorch when added.

Spray the same pan with more cooking spray and add egg whites to cover the bottom of the pan (about 1/2 -3/4 cup). .
Cook until set, about 2-3 minutes. Using a rubber scraper lift the eggs up and let the runny uncooked egg flow underneath.

Once eggs have set, top with 2 Tablespoons marinara, the cooked veggies, a little cheese (I used fresh mozzarella). I also topped mine with red pepper flakes and hot sauce because I love things spicy. Obviously you can top the egg white pizza with whatever toppings you love. .
Carefully slide egg white pizza onto a plate, slice and enjoy. Obviously not real deal pizza, but all the flavor is there and it’s pretty darn tasty! 🍕💁🏻‍♀️
