Stuffed sweet potato taco bowls on repeat over here this week. 🍠🌮💃🏻I baked up a bunch of sweet potatoes as part of my #mealprep over the weekend so all we’ve had to do is reheat the potatoes and stuff them with whatever toppings we want. 💁🏻‍♀️

Today I did ground turkey taco meat (cooked the turkey with fresh garlic + a packet of @simplyorganicfoods taco seasoning), chopped tomatoes, onion, jalapeño peppers, green onions, cilantro, avocado and a little hot sauce! Oh, and one lonely piece of roasted cauliflower leftover from a recipe I tested yesterday. 😂 Overall, this is such an easy and tasty meal. 💯🙌
