Still hooked on chopped salads over here! 🥗💃🏻💯 This one, which I’m affectionately calling the ‘Spicy Green Chick’ is loaded with green veggies, protein and healthy fats.

In the bowl: 1 head of romaine lettuce, 4 oz grilled chicken, 1 stalk of celery, 1/3 avocado, 1/4 cup cucumber, 2 T red onion, 1 T jalapeño, 1 T fresh dill, 1 T @traderjoes white balsamic vinegar with a couple liberal shakes of sea salt and pepper.

Chop everything well (I LOVE using my @oxo salad chopper for this) and enjoy. I added a soft boiled egg on the side with everything but the bagel seasoning for good measure, but it’s totally optional.

Nutrition facts: 352 cals, 15g fat, 12g carbs, 6g fiber, 2g sugar, 37g protein.
