Spent the last day of the #saladeveryday challenge with the awesome team at @theveilbrewing (@brewish & @catboy_ ) brewing a millet and quinoa (true 🐦 food) gluten-free IPA. They taught me all about the beer making process and and I brought lunch… #mealsizedsalads for all! Obvi! 💁🏻🥗The recipe for the black bean fiesta salad I made is 💣 (grab it in my salad ebook or just hold out because I’ll be posting the mason jar version on #eatingbirdfood asap!) And for all my lugar #rva peeps, the beer will be released next month!! So excited! 🍺💃🏻💯 .
