Spent more time making treats than meal prepping today (oops! πŸ™ˆ), but throwing it back to one of my fave protein-packed plant-based meal prep recipes… maple mustard tempeh meal prep bowls with roasted brussels sprouts, quinoa and greens. The maple mustard tempeh is SO good so even if you don’t make the full bowls, I highly recommend trying the tempeh. It’s awesome on salads too! πŸ’―
