Sometimes simple = better and this easy lemon vinaigrette is a great example. 🍋 It’s my new go-to dressing when I want something light and fresh, but a little more than just oil and vinegar. Because this one is so easy I’ll share the recipe right here for ya: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
SIMPLE LEMON DRESSING
– ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
– 2 T fresh lemon juice
– 2 T water
– 1 T dijon mustard
– 2 t honey or maple syrup
– 1 t dried oregano
– 1 clove garlic, minced
– ½ t sea salt
– ¼ t black pepper
– ½ cup + 2 T olive or avocado oil
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Whisk together all ingredients except the olive oil in a small bowl. Slowly pour olive oil into the bowl and whisk together until emulsified. OR use my favorite method — shake the dressing together in a mason jar.
