Some weeks I’m inspired to prep full meals but most of the time my meal prep looks like this. Basically I just batch cook different components so that I can easily toss meals together throughout the week. 🙌 Here’s what went down in the kitch today:

1. vegan lentil loaf (recipe on the blog & it’s perfect as a veg main dish for Thanksgiving)
2. grilled chicken marinated with @primalkitchenfoods lemon turmeric dressing/marinated
3. chopped veggies for snacking
4. roasted spaghetti squash with mushrooms and onions
5. lemon cayenne roasted brussels sprouts
6. almond pesto sauce (gonna use this for dipping veggies and as a sauce for spaghetti squash)
7. turnip fries (recipe on the blog)
8. pumpkin overnight oats (recipe on the blog)
9. healthy no bake cookies (recipe on the blog)

Just remember that any meal prep is good meal prep. It doesn’t have to be full meals or look a certain way. Do what works for you and makes your life easier! 🍽💯💃🏻
