Not sure what to eat after a workout? I always recommend going for a mix of protein and carbs to help your body refuel and recover. Typically I plan my workouts so I’m eating a meal after, but in some cases having a full meal isn’t practical so smoothies are another great real food option! ๐Ÿ’ช

Right now I’m digging this orange banana smoothie! It’s protein-packed, perfectly creamy and ultra refreshing. Legit, obsessed with juicy citrus right now… I guess since I know the season is coming to an end soon! ๐ŸŠ๐Ÿ˜ฉ
