Smoothie bowls with @saramcglothlin while chatting all things health from health coaching to food, exercise and acupuncture.💗 She gets me and girl knows how to make a mean smoothie bowl too! 💯Each bowl has 1/2 cup frozen zucchini, 1/2 banana and 1/2 cup bluebs, as well as, maqui berry powder and @livebeaming protein powder! For the toppings we have homemade granola (one I made and one she made), @manitobaharvest hemp hearts, bee pollen, chia seeds, and @navitasorganics goji berries. So good!!
