Remember that almond pesto sauce/dip that I made a few months ago after falling in love with @bitchinsauce ? News flash: it’s so versatile!! πŸ™Œ
.
I LOVE the sauce as a snack with veggies or crackers, but it’s awesome for bfast on toast with eggs and for dinner as a pizza or pasta sauce. SO many uses! πŸ’―
.
Most recently we turned it into a quick and easy pasta dish by serving the sauce on spaghetti squash with cooked shrimp for added protein. 🍝 So flavorful and the perfect “transitioning to spring” meal because it feels light and fresh from the squash and basil but it’s still warm and comforting too! .
