Real life smoothie bowl with real life portions. 💯 Sharing everything that went in the blender over on my IG story this AM, but here’s a recap: 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice (extra fiber & makes it super thick and creamy), 1/2 T chia seeds, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I used vegan @shakeology), @califiafarms unsweetened almond milk (1/2-1 cup depending on the thickness you want). It’s so thick and delicious… I love the combo of chocolate and blueberries! Topped it with 1 T @birdseedfoodco granola and 2 t @brandlesslife crunchy PB. And yes, I totally measure my granola and pb because it’s real easy to pile it on without realizing how much you’re adding. Ya feel me? 💁🏻‍♀️
