Question for all my runner friends: How do you keep your tootsies happy? πŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈRunning is HARD on our feet… blisters, callouses and toe nails that bruise or worse, completely fall off. 😱 Pedicures are great but I’ve found that a regular routine of using soaks and scrubs is even better. πŸ‘ŒπŸ»

Today #ontheblog I’m sharing this DIY 3-ingredient foaming peppermint foot scrub made with epsom salt and @krogerco @simpletruth4u castile soap. It exfoliates, moisturizes and cleans while smelling amazing! It’s awesome for runners or anyone whose feet need some extra pampering. My feet are always super dry so I’ve been using this scrub weekly along with a applying a super hydrating lotion and wearing socks at night. I hate sleeping in socks, but it really helps! πŸ˜πŸ’―

  • I invest in good running socks. I used to get blisters ALL THE TIME until I finally sucked it up. Much happier feet!

  • Agreed with @reneelbeck. Non-cotton, high quality running socks and shoes that fit well. And vigilant trimming of toenails.

  • My feet always look so haggered after runs or just wear and tear from daily workouts. I try to treat myself to pedicures but those can add up quickly! I’ll be checking out your post on some DIY methods to pamper at home!

  • @sammy_tiu320 That’s exactly how I feel! Pedicures add up quickly and I need something more consistent than a once a month pedicure. I hope you like the scrub. πŸ™ŒπŸ»
