PSA! A bowl of plain oatmeal will never keep you full until lunch, but once you add a little protein and some healthy fats into the mix you’ve got a satisfying combo that will keep you full for hours. πŸ’πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Greek yogurt is one of my favorite ways to add protein. It works wonders for overnight oats, but you can also add Greek yogurt into cooked oats. πŸ™Œ

I recommend cooking your oats however you like, removing the oats from the heat and stirring the Greek yogurt in rather than adding the Greek yogurt during the cooking process. .
Start with 1/4 cup and add more if you’d like. Feel free to use whatever Greek yogurt you enjoy. I usually use plain, but if that’s too tangy you can also go with something flavored. Vanilla would be my second pick!
