Post workout protein packed bowl going down for bfast/lunch over here. 💪🏼 This is my standard egg and oat combo bowl but I added a little vanilla protein powder to the oats! I’m the bowl = 1/2 cup oats cooked in water with cinnamon and 1 T protein powder. Topped with a drizzle of peanut butter. 2 egg whites and one egg with salt pepper and hot sauce.
