On a road trip to Portland, ME with the hubs so I’m currently eating a @dailyjars fiesta taco salad (still sticking with my #saladeveryday habit of one big salad a day while traveling)… along with some fun road snacks like a @stasherbag full of coconut bacon. 🥓😋 In other news, I can’t stop thinking about this vegan BLT salad with romaine, coconut bacon, homegrown cherry tomatoes, avocado and vegan ranch! 🥗💯💃🏻The bacon recipe is already on the blog so I’ll link it in my profile.
