Omg you guys!! I used the date caramel I whipped up last week to make this sweet potato pie protein smoothie and I’m in fall heaven. πŸ πŸ‚πŸ

Wanna make it? Here’s what you need: 2 Tablespoons date caramel (grab the recipe in my profile), 1 cup non-dairy milk, 1 Tablespoon chia seeds, 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/4 cup sweet potato (baked, cooled and mashed), 1/4-1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.

Blend everything together in a high powered blender, add more milk if needed to get the consistency you like, pour into a bowl or glass and top with your favorite toppings. I used salted peanut chocolate @wholeme clusters and pecans. Happy Sunday!!!
