I’m debating between leftovers (I prepped ACV chicken this weekend) or I might make something QUICK & EASY like this one pan sheet pan meal with roasted veggies and chicken sausage. It’s got two of my fave roasted veggies and it comes together in less than 35 minutes. 🙌
