Obsessed with this seriously thick and super satisfying MAQUI BERRY smoothie bowl. I’ve literally made it four times in the past week. Basically when I’m not eating a salad, I’m eating this. ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’ฏA couple notes:

Maqui berries have 3-4 times the antioxidant value of acai berries, loads of fiber and a lovely sweet, semi-tart flavor. I’ve been using the powder from @nutsdotcom and I’m totally hooked. #ad Also, loving @nutsdotcom for all my pantry staples like shredded coconut, almond flour, cacao nibs, granola, nuts, dried fruit and chia seeds. ๐Ÿค“

This smoothie bowl is made with almond milk, frozen bluebs, frozen cauliflower rice, protein powder, coconut butter and maqui powder so it’s got a lovely blend of protein, fiber and healthy fats to keep you feeling energized and satisfied. Also quick rant: one of my biggest pet peeves at juice shops is liquid-y smoothie bowls. If I wanted a thin smoothie, I would have ordered a regular smoothie with a straw. Hence the reason I like making my own at home! ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿป
