Here’s what this one had: 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice, 1 scoop chocolate @Ideal raw protein powder, handful of spinach, 1 Tablespoon of almond butter and 1/2-1 cup of almond milk depending on how thick you like it. I usually do 1/2 cup. πŸ™Œ

Blend and top with @naturespathorganic granola, fresh blueberries and an extra drizzle of almond butter. .
PS: I get my frozen cauliflower rice from @traderjoes or @wholefoods and I don’t cook it first. You can if you want, but I seem to digest it fine and I love how thick and creamy it makes my smoothies.
