Not sure if Self Love Sunday is thing but it def should be! ๐Ÿ’—

Over the past couple years Iโ€™ve decided to stop letting scoliosis (or any other physical characteristic) define me. Learning to embrace my curves and love the back muscles Iโ€™m slowly building through strength training. And those back muscles are workinโ€™ because I almost did a pull-up for the first time ever on Friday… so close! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

  • Bring self conscious of my scoliosis has never crossed my mind. Also – have you seen 50 Shades of Grey? Dakota Johnson rocks her scoliosis with some serious sexiness. Keep that back strong and rock it!

  • I had/have (always a work in progress!) body issues and my goal last year was to do a pull up for the first time ever, at 30 years old! And the day I did, I called my Mom I was so proud! Haha, still such an empowering feeling knowing my bodyโ€™s strong enough to pull me up.
