Not sure if Self Love Sunday is thing but it def should be! ๐
.
Over the past couple years Iโve decided to stop letting scoliosis (or any other physical characteristic) define me. Learning to embrace my curves and love the back muscles Iโm slowly building through strength training. And those back muscles are workinโ because I almost did a pull-up for the first time ever on Friday… so close! ๐ช๐ผ

Should be a thing for sure!
Thanks for sharing your journey and positivity ๐
Bring self conscious of my scoliosis has never crossed my mind. Also – have you seen 50 Shades of Grey? Dakota Johnson rocks her scoliosis with some serious sexiness. Keep that back strong and rock it!
Looking beautiful lady! ๐ช๐ป. Iโm learning to love my whole body that is working against healing from Lyme and now a pinched nerve and sciatica. Always seems to be a battle!
Thighs.
Hell yes on the pull up! Itโs a huge goal Iโm working on as well!
Woo hoo!!! ๐ช๐ป๐ช๐ป๐ช๐ป

I have scoliosis too! Not easy!
My booty ๐
Letโs start self love Sunday ๐
My postpartum body – all of it ๐. This body grew a child for 9 months and has continued to nourish said child for nearly 9 more months.
I had/have (always a work in progress!) body issues and my goal last year was to do a pull up for the first time ever, at 30 years old! And the day I did, I called my Mom I was so proud! Haha, still such an empowering feeling knowing my bodyโs strong enough to pull me up.
Letโs make it a thing. LOVE YOU.
Thatโs amazing babe ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ
Nice to see you yesterday!
Good job! โบ๏ธ I also have scoliosis and have learned that exercising can do wonders (for me yoga does the trick โบ๏ธ) Good luck and stay strong on your journey ๐ It’s not easy but it’s worth it โฃ๏ธ๐๐ป

Thighs…but reading your post made me think, ya, my thighs are big, but they’re strong, and muscle-y thighs can look good too! Thanks for initiating that thought process for me!!!
Preach girl!
So awesome!! Very Inspiring ๐๐ป
