My chicken Cobb salad is SO easy to throw together for lunch when you meal prep over the weekend! 🍽πŸ₯—πŸ’―

@eyesaacbrews and I tagged teamed our meal prep yesterday… he smoked salmon, grilled apple cider vinegar chicken and helped do the dishes while I worked on chopping butternut squash, sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts and onions, washed and dried romaine in my salad spinner, hard boiled eggs, made homemade almond milk and made a sheet pan meal that we ate for dinner. And we’re having leftovers for dinner tonight! πŸ™Œ Meal prep can seem overwhelming at first but if you have a plan (and a little help) it comes together quickly and is a LIFE SAVER during the week when you’re super busy and running from one thing to the next. .
Seriously, if you don’t currently meal plan and prep for your week, it might be the one thing holding you back from reaching your goals! πŸ€”

Recipe for a similar chicken Cobb salad is #ontheblog (I just used #acv chicken this time) and added my sweet potato croutons! Soo yummy and satisfying!
