Meet my latest beverage obsession. 🍋💛☀️ It won’t be replacing my sparkling water (still love my @lacroixwater) or morning coffee anytime soon, but it’s a fun way to recharge in the afternoon and I’m totally loving the taste! This little concoction is called a Lemon Chia Fresca and it’s made with water, lemon juice, chia seeds, stevia (or maple syrup) and cayenne pepper. It tastes like a healthy, semi-spicy lemonade (kind of like my fav @lovesuja Lemon Love) but with CHIA.
