Meal prep is the real Sunday MVP and I’ve got an idea for you = Baked Oatmeal Cups! They’re easy to make (you probably have all the base ingredients in your pantry rn), portable, healthy and the flavor combos are pretty much endless. They’re #vegan #glutenfree and around 140-150 calories per cup. I usually reheat 1 or 2, top with nut butter and pair them with some sort of protein for a full bfast. Protein pairing ideas: hardboiled egg, scrambled egg whites, protein shake, etc.
