Meal prep for this week –> Greek quinoa bowls with grilled chicken and a vegan power bowl (@terraskitchen leftovers turned into a meal prep bowl), homemade apple cider vinegar dressing, hardboiled eggs, @simplemills banana muffins (I added walnuts) and chocolate banana chia oatmeal cookies. Ready with lunch and snacks the first half of the week and dinners are all planned out but not prepped yet! I’ve been loving my meal plan printable. πŸ€“
