Loving this quote right now because it’s true on so many levels. Of course my health-focused mind immediately thinks about how it’s relevant for food and fitness related goals. I’ve been a health coach for almost six years and since the beginning I’ve always said that daily habits are what truly make the most impact. Living a healthy life is about balance and having ice cream, fries, cookies, a cocktail or some other “bad” food (notice the quotes, I don’t think any foods should be labeled bad unless they are literally rotten and inedible) every once in a while shouldn’t make you feel guilty or unhealthy. It’s about balance and if you’re eating nutritious food that you enjoy 80-90% of the time you’re doing it right, my friend. Cheers! πŸ’—πŸ’―
