Loving scramble bowls lately! For this one I sautéd onions, mushrooms, roasted brussels and broccoli with 1 cup of egg whites (+ turmeric and pepper) then topped it with a fried egg, avocado and sliced radishes.

Oh, and just because I’m all about sweet and savory, a @simplemills banana muffin that I cut in half, toasted and topped with a little almond butter. 💗

The broccoli, Brussels and muffins were part of my Sunday #mealprep so this whole bowl only took about 10 mins to whip up! Already thinking about recreating this bad boy tomorrow. 💃🏻🍽💯
