Loving easy meal prep recipes like this protein packed 6-ingredient pasta salad made with the new Chickpea Rotini from @BarillaUS. #AD 🍝🥗

We love the “al dente” texture, mild flavor, the fact that it’s made with only one ingredient, is #glutenfree, #nongmo, a good source of #plantbasedprotein (11g per serving in chickpea varieties) and excellent source of fiber (8g per serving in chickpea varieties) – plus, it’s DELICIOUS. Both Isaac and I were seriously so impressed with this pasta, you guys. 🙌 It’s our new fav and I can’t wait to try the red lentil options. .
To make the pasta salad here’s what you need:
1 8.8 oz box of Barilla Chickpea Rotini
1 cup chopped bell pepper
1 cup chopped grape tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 bunch fresh parsley, chopped 
1/2 cup balsamic dressing (homemade or store-bought)

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and spread on baking sheet to cool. Add to a large bowl and combine with the remaining five ingredients. Enjoy right away or chill in the fridge for a couple hours, if desired. .
