Looking for a healthy, hearty, nutrient dense muffin? Then these PUMPKIN BRAN MUFFINS are for you! 🎃🙌 Filled with all the fall flavor, these babies are super easy to whip up and provide a good source of fiber and protein. 💪

I used to think that all bran muffins were healthy, but boy, was I wrong. Did you know that a typical store-bought bran muffin can have over 400 calories and 40 grams of sugar?! No, thank you. 🙅🏻‍♀️And bakery bran muffins often have more than that! 😱 That said, these homemade muffins only have 160 calories and 16 grams of sugar per muffin! Plus, the ingredients are waaay better for you and they are #vegan (not to toot my own horn or anything 💁🏻‍♀️)! I love having one for breakfast or a mid-afternoon snack. I normally store these in the fridge, so when I am ready to eat one, I just pop it into the toaster oven and then scoop a generous amount of almond butter on top. 💃🏻
